Specialisms

Currently, most of my work seems to be working with students of all ages within the university setting and privately. I see students who struggle with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma and issues with studying and procrastination.

I also specialise in looking through a family systems lens, drawing family trees and exploring the dynamics and relationships between different members of the family.

I seem to do a lot of work around bereavement and grief; including relationship grief, losing a loved one, and the grief of not finding yourself in a place where you want to be in, and thinking your life would have been different.

Working with backpackers, expats and foreigners is something close to my heart, as this can be a difficult transition. The majority of my work has been with marginalised communities, and all of my work has been with over 18’s.
