I’m a fully-qualified, Humanistic therapist offering counselling online and in-person in West London.

Talk with someone you can trust

It can be really important to find the right therapist for you; especially when going through something difficult or deciding to tackle your problems and look after yourself better - when going to a place of vulnerability the ability to trust your therapist and finding the right fit for you is vital.

My approach is calm, empathic and supportive; we will work together to approach what’s happening in your life, whether it’s dealing with isolation, stress, anxiety, depression or talking about a traumatic incident from the past. I believe in encouraging the autonomy of my clients and providing an empowering space - you can attend therapy on a one-off, short-term or long-term weekly basis, whichever works for you.

I have a degree in Humanistic Counselling and believe that a therapist has to stay relevant within the field of psychotherapy - I regularly engage in further study to ensure that I am up to date and can best support my clients. I am currently studying Family Therapy with the NHS and am a member of the BACP and abide by their ethical guidelines, engaging in regular supervision and CPD.

The way I work is relational and humanistic - using Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis modalities and techniques to deep-dive into who you are and help discover patterns and coping techniques that you may have. I also work with helping to uncover suppressed emotions to help you reconnect to your authentic self and talk about what’s going on for you at the moment, whatever that might be.

I support shift-workers, and those unable to know exactly what their weekly schedule will be. I also support backpackers, students, and adults of all ages. I can offer concessionary rates to students and those on a low income, please contact me for more details.
